Summary
Farshore Labs uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioural profiling, or third-party analytics. No consent banner is required because no non-essential cookies are set.
Cookies we set
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
| __Host-session | Authenticates an active session. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax, no Domain attribute. Value is an opaque identifier; no personal data is stored in the cookie itself. | Up to 7 days (rolls on activity) | Strictly necessary |
| __Host-csrf | Issued alongside the session cookie when present. Used to defend against cross-site request forgery on state-changing requests. | Session | Strictly necessary |
Third-party cookies
The Stripe Elements payment form, served from js.stripe.com, may set cookies in its own iframe to detect fraud. Those cookies are governed by Stripe’s own cookie policy. They are set only when the payment form is loaded and only inside Stripe’s iframe; Farshore cannot read them.
We do not embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insights, advertising tags, A/B-testing scripts, or other third-party trackers on customer-facing pages.
Local storage and similar technologies
The web application uses a small amount of browser local storage to cache non-sensitive UI preferences (e.g. the last catalog filter). It is not used to identify you across sessions and is cleared when you sign out.
Managing cookies
Because the session cookie is strictly necessary, blocking it will prevent you from signing in. Modern browsers offer fine-grained cookie controls in their settings; Farshore honours the choices the browser makes on your behalf.
